"2016 Palmiet Chardonnay was matured in 500-litre barrels for 10-12 months. It has a light, rather resinous bouquet with waxy, Jasmine aromas, quite earthy in character. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, a fine mineral tension here with a precise, grapefruit and dried pineapple-tinged nose. Enjoy this over the next 3-5 years."
