"There is one new single vineyard white, the 2015 Bramare Los Arbolitos Vineyard Chardonnay from the Tunuyán department of the Valle de Uco. The whole clusters were pressed and the juice fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine matured in 50% new and 50% second use French barriques for one year. This is a very transparent Chardonnay, with very good freshness, more on the floral side, with almost a citric touch. It also has a superb palate, with great freshness and acidity, making it crunchy, with hints of some green apple notes. This is a superb barrel-fermented Chardonnay. 6,180 bottles were filled in February 2016."

"A first release for this Chardonnay from Paul Hobbs, who has a real touch with the variety.
Rich, complex and leesy, with notes of honey and lemon butter, some baking spices and a
balanced, refreshing finish. Ripe, but not over the top. 2017-20"
