The suave, generous and very round medium-bodied flavors possess an abundance of dry extract that imparts a textured character to the opulent if agreeably punchy finish. This is perfectly good but it can't match the class of the Referts."

Broad, spicy and ripe, showing a sexy touch of sweetness to its rather cool apple, pear and stone flavors. Good suave wine with subtle length and no rough edges. But still laid-back and in need of another year or two of cellaring."
