Situated within the heart of the village fuisse in a residence dating back to the early 19th century it incorporates cellar's/wine-tasting and production/storage of the wine in a beautiful Historical setting! Sandrine and Christophe their children have decided to work on their company in 1991 and 1999. Year by year their vineyard has expanded. Actually, Domaine Thibert Pere & Fils represent 22 hectares of all the appellation of Maconnais area (South of Burgundy)." - Importer

Winemaking:
"Use of natural & traditional techniques for erosion control, weed management & limited usage of chemicals since 1998. Winemaking & aging occur in stainless steel & French oak barrels with a turnover from 10 to 15% annually. The wine is made in temperature controlled fermentation.
