89 Luis Gutierrez - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"The 2009 Degustacio 7 is one of the experiments that Jose Lluis Perez carries out (there’s no 2010 version of this wine). This is a relatively young Carinena from the Martinet Bru vineyard. Two 500-liter barrels were fermented and the wine aged in new 300-liter barrels. Number 6 is the same wine but vinified with whole clusters (but we didn’t taste it as there was not a single bottle to be found in the winery!). It has a floral nose and notes of ripe black fruit with some soil notes, pungent acidity and a long aftertaste. This is almost a virtual wine, as only 800 bottles were produced."
