Matured for 18 months in 65% new French oak, it has pure aromas of blackcurrant, licorice and lavender, plus slowly unfurling nuances of mint chocolate and thyme. The full-bodied palate offers ripe, concentrated, perfumed flavors. It’s structured by fine-grained tannins and just enough fresh acidity, and it has a long, fragrant finish. 3,072 cases produced.
