A dark, deep and lavish wine where blackcurrants and blackberries are wrapped in the snug tannins of mountain-grown grapes. Spearmint, star anise, black cherries, cocoa and nutmeg vie for attention on the palate. Has plenty of structure for more aging and development. Drinkable now, but best from 2029.

Product Description:

At about 1700’ above sea level, Nosotros Vineyard sits on a north east facing hillside of Mount Veeder with incredible exposure. The sandstone and shale soils keeps vigor at bay resulting in small berries and small clusters loaded with color. Working with Mountain fruit is much different than working on the valley floor, managing tannins becomes so important during fermentation. The 2022 is balanced, fresh, and delicious, and has the tools to age gracefully.
