"One sniff of this wine and it says drink me thanks to its beautiful mix of bright, pure sweet fruits that scream cabernet. Pretty cassis aromas are lifted by green herbs which are all matched by a good dose of toasty oak. It’s instantly very inviting. There is also a core of juicy fruits on a seamless palate with well integrated tannins, that are perhaps a little soft for a long-aging cabernet. It’s delicious now, particularly with a pink rack of lamb."

Very ripe and concentrated cabernet sauvignon with cassis, dried berry fruit, cedar, and spicy oak flavours. A bold, intense red with obvious cellaring potential.

65% Marananga fruit, 35% from Angaston growers. Matured 18 months in approximately 40% new French oak hogsheads. Contract made by Soul Growers. Full purple red. Powerful and ripe Barossa cabernet, brimming with cassis and blackcurrant fruit and high-cocoa dark chocolate French oak. It has the fruit density and firm, fine tannins to handle warming alcohol on a finish of even persistence. Well assembled for a bold style.
