Sourced from an estate vineyard in the far northern districts of the Hills, settled and rested for close to 2 years in a range of new and older, small and larger oak vessels. This offers an attractive, gentile style of cabernet, unmistakably blackcurrant, with a subtle roasted red capsicum layered into it. The flavours weave well together, the palate quite lively and the tannins relaxed; a faint bitterness built into the finish of this medium-bodied style.
