The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is such an inviting red. Inky red/purplish fruit, sweet spice, flowers, cedar and mint wrap around the palate in a juicy, pliant wine that delivers the goods. Readers will have a very hard time keeping their hands off this wine. Then again, that's the point. The 2017 Sova Cabernet is an immensely pleasing wine that will deliver tons of pleasure over the next decade or so.
