Big, bold, and structured, with savory notes, this is well-made Cabernet that tricked the
judges tasting blind into thinking it was a $45+ Cab. Lots of dark blackberry, black currant,
and spices, with a finish that could almost be Amaro-like. With aromas of sage and green
olive, the wine is intriguingly different than most Washington Cabernet's, maybe as a result
of the Italian approach to wine-making by Joseph Miglino. Balanced and elegant. Well
