"The B Side Cabernet Sauvignon is a deeply concentrated & expressive wine. Aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, mocha, crushed lavender & sweet oak are pronounced on the nose. The full-bodied wine is lush with layers of dark fruit, jam, pepper spice & hints of Blackstrap molasses. The brooding fruit is quintessential Napa & Sonoma & with ripe, polished tannins the wine is robust & gives an easy to enjoy softness. The wine is aged for 12 months in predominately French oak barrels (Francois Frere & Radoux) with a small portion seeing time in American oak. The toasty French oak frames the wine & the addition of a small amount of American oak gives a pleasing, subtle coconut lift. This overall wine is deep, well-structured & intensely flavored with soft tannins & a lengthy finish." - Winery
