Product Description:

Our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is a sustainably farmed blend of 86% Cabernet, 7% Petit Verdot and 7% Malbec. It is barrel aged in medium toast French oak barrels for 18 months. The alcohol is 13.9% and 241 cases were bottled in June of 2018. The wine has deep flavors of plum and dark sweet cherries and finishes with a hint of warm spice. It is lightly oaked providing structure and depth without overpowering the flavor of the fruit. -Winery
