"The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, and 4% Malbec, and 2% Cabernet Franc. We sourced fruit from Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Sonoma Valley for this years assemblage. Each lot was individually fermented then blended and aged in French barrels ranging from 1-5 years old. A little riper and more fruit forward than the Hobo Cab."
