"Comprised of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot and 8% Malbec, the 2014 Margaret and is very deep purple-black in color with lovely blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, violet, cloves and cinnamon stick notes plus a touch of chocolate. Medium-bodied, taut and muscular, this blend has commendably firm tannins with a very long baking spice laced finish. A very classy Bordeaux Blend indeed."

"Our 2014 ‘Margaret’ is a blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 8% Malbec and 1% Cabernet Franc. Bright crimson in colour, the nose is dominated by its Cabernet Sauvignon component- blackcurrant, black olive, mulberry, and cassis combining with fine-grained French oak notes. The palate is fine, dense and concentrated – ripe red and dark berry fruits, succulent middle palate, and plush tannin. Our 2014 ‘Margaret’ will be best enjoyed from 2021 to 2034." - Winery
