"Si Vintners is Sarah Morris and her loving husband Iwo Jakimowicz. They purchased a 30 acre estate just south of Margaret River property setting out to make wine as naturally as possible. They converted the vineyard to organics and in the process of biodynamic conversion. The vast majority of the land was planted to 1978, placing it amongst many of the oldest vineyards in Margaret River.

Si Vintners is very much a part of the 'new' Australia. Young, thirsty, experimental winemakers and vignerons looking to learn, push, pull and flip the wine world upside down while still looking at classic wines for inspiration. Organics were the first focus of the property as the two felt that healthy fruit was the single most important place to start. Iwo and Sarah are relative newcomers to biodynamic viticulture.

Both first generation winegrowers, they studied, and then traveled to Spain together to work on a number of vintages, before returning to Australia with the ambition to start up their very own label." - Importer
