"Chateau Hyot begins to open to releases pretty aromas of dark cherries, plums, spices & smoke with some earthy characteristics. This possesses a medium to full body & is well balanced showing lovely mix of fruit & acidity. Wonderful flavors of plums, spices & fresh spring florals continue to persist all the way through the finish. This is accessible now, but will be best after another year or two of bottle age".
