All fruit was de-stemmed and sorted through a Pellanc, which is a state of- the-art sorting system designed to gently and accurately separate undesired stems from the grapes. Aged for 16 months in 30% new French oak barrels and 70% neutral barrels. Our Conway Santa Barbara County Cabernet Sauvignon offers enticing aromas of Blackberry, Cassis, Vanilla, and sweet floral notes. Firm tannins add structure and complexity to rich layers of Blackberry, Dark Chocolate, and Plum.
