"Medium dark yellow. Spicy menthol and honey notes complicate honeydew and tangerine zest aromas. Creamy-sweet on entry but with a freshness that's almost atypical for the variety; there's a little residual sugar here (16 g/l) but plenty of tartaric acid to keep it bouncy. The finish is long, pure and delicately musky. From 50+-year-old vines."
