"This wine is produced from the varieties Assyrtiko from young planted vineyards in Santorini and Monemvasia from Paros. Flavors of green apple, citrus and white flowers. Medium bodied with refreshing acidity. Paired with salads, pasta, seafood, and cheese. Serve at 10-12 clesius.

Vineyard: Assyrtiko grapes are sourced from young planted vines younger than 30 years old from our vineyards in Megalochori, while Monemvasia grapes are sourced from Paros island.

Wine making: Classic white vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and maturtion with fine less for 3 months."
