Made from the Arneis grapes, grown in the Rorero district, in the province of Cuneo. Its vinification is obtained by the soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Characteristics: white with greenish tints. Fruity flavour, with a harmonious and full after taste. To be served as an aperitif or with light hors d'oeuvres and fish.
