Light wood aging has given this wine spice, ripe apple and crisp citrus flavors. It is a fine wine, balanced with incipient richness as well as great freshness.

"The fermentation occurred during 25 days in neutral French oak barrels at low temperatures, after which this wine was aged in the same barrels for 10 months with “batonnage”.Very fine and elegant, with citric and minerals notes. It shows excellent acidity, good texture and very long aftertaste. Great potential for aging."-Winery
