"A combination of all three of our estate vineyards, this wine shows that elusive balance of fruit, tannin, and acidity which makes it a great food wine. Plum, wild strawberry, and blackberry aromas are carried by a back bone of acidity, and finished by supple tannins.
Fermentation occurred in a mixture of open-top oak and stainless steel vats. Wine was aged in a mixture of new and neutral French oak barrels for eleven months in our subterranean cave." -Winery
