"The 2012 Gamay Noir is flat-out gorgeous. Rose petals, raspberries, mint, spices and pomegranate jump from the glass in a juicy, expressive Gamay to drink now and over the next handful of years. Readers who enjoy primary fruit (and there is plenty of that here) will want to drink the 2012 now, while those who enjoy more tertiary qualities should give the wine another 6-12 months in bottle. Hints of white pepper and orange peel add nuance on the finish. What a gorgeous wine this is."
