"The Fass 15 is an off-dry wine made from a parcel of old vines situated in the upper part of the Ayler Kupp hill, which is dry, cool and rather windy. This stunner hits all the right buttons with its superb aromatics of spices and grapefruit blended into a delicate and quite flowery touch of coconut. The feel on the palate is just impeccable and the finish is long, intense and incredibly well balanced. This is a great wine with superb depth and fresh presence! 2016-2022"
