"Marion's 2009 Valpolicella Superiore is sexy, juicy and inviting. Dark red cherries, plums, mint, licorice and sweet spiced notes flesh out in a radiant, totally expressive wine with tons of near and medium-term appeal. Today, the 2009 is impossible to resist, but I have also seen this wine develop beautifully in bottle, so I am tempted to hide a few bottles for at least a handful of years. Nothing is missing in this absolutely delicious, sexy Valpolicella. Sweet floral and spice notes add a feminine touch on the finish."
