"Made from 100% Vernaccia grapes organically grown in hillside vineyards surrounding the Tuscan town of San Gimignano. The grapes are kept chilled just after harvest and vinified at very low temperatures in stainless steel to retain their fresh, lively character. Since the 2004 vintage, this wine has been made from USDA-certified organically grown grapes. In a region of reds, this classically spicy Vernaccia wine shows a different side of Tuscany. Straw-yellow in color with penetrating aromas of white flowers, dried apricots, fresh peach and thyme. This silky, layered wine continues to unfold into the finish - the gift that keeps on giving.
