"100% Viognier. Tropical aromas of pineapple and passion fruit give way to lemon curd and nutmeg. White peaches, guava, and vanilla bean create an indulgent flavor profile. The oily mouth coating texture starts out rich, but finishes fresh and lively. Aged for 3 months in 50% Stainless, 23% New French Puncheon, 21% Used French Puncheon and 6% concrete. Partial spontaneous Malolactic fermentation. Lees stirred weekly through primary and secondary fermentation."
