ESTATE:
"This modern winery was only completed 3 years ago but the owners have old vineyards throughout the best regions of Chile. Most of the wines come from the Colchagua Valley except for the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir which come from the cooler Casablanca Valley. Only the best 20% of their vineyards go into their bottlings. Cantaluna Winery was formed by a group of friends who, putting together their passion for the Colchagua Valley, the grapes and the wine, decided to form a society where each of them could contribute with their own experience and business knowledge, and whose objective was to develop high quality wines that would be internationally recognized."

Wine is the spirit of Chile, a loyal exponent of the diversity and adventure that our country represents. This natural magic is found in the Colchagua Valley, courtesy of the region’s varied soil types and excellent microclimates, which have transformed it into a truly unique paradise for grape harvesting and the making of exquisite wines."

"The Colchagua Valley is home to the Cantaluna Winery , which is rooted in the earth and traditions of the area. The Winery's icon, inspired by the goddess of the moon, which is a central deity in Chilean mythology symbolizes the soul of the Andes. The wines have fruity expressions that are characteristic of each varietal. They are pleasant wines to drink and offer soft and mature tannins on the palate, as well as offering lasting and pleasing finishes." -Importer
