The 2006 Xarel-lo Vi de Terrer is 100% Xarel-lo sourced from 30- to 75-year-old vines. Medium straw-colored, it exhibits an excellent nose of slate, lemon-lime, apple, and anise. This leads to a smooth-textured wine with incipient complexity, good depth, and a persistent finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
