2006 Vi De Nulles Blanc
Near the Mediterranean Sea, in the ancient Spanish wine region of Tarragona, lie the vineyards of Vi De Nulles. Blanc de Nulles is a unique blend of locally grown grapes offering beautiful aromas of pear, kiwi, and lavender. Flavors of nectarine, green apple, and citrus leave the palate clean and refreshed. This wine has not been aged in oak. Fermentation begins in traditional cement depositories and finishes in stainless steel. Serve Blanc de Nulles chilled with roasted chicken, grilled fish, shrimp, or lobster.
