This single-vineyard (Molsino) Gattinara is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The south-facing vineyard, which sits at over 1000 feet in elevation, produces pretty, minerally, feminine wines redolent of fresh berries, dried fruits, roses, and after some years, white truffles. Pair with roasted red meats and game and medium-aged cheeses.
