Aromas and flavors of chocolate toffee and espresso bean, caramelized maple wood, sweet dill pickle, and frosted golden raisin scone with a velvety, vibrant, fruity full body and a warming, complex, very long finish with notes of peanut brittle, flan with cinnamon, honeyed raisin toast with mint jelly, and star anise in black tea. An impressively balanced Bourbon with massive, tightly meshed flavors and nearly seamless integration of alcohol at barrel strength; just wonderful.
