"The wine is from the Arbois appellation in France. It is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes, and the average age of the vines is 40 years old. The fermentation is natural with indigenous yeasts and completed in oak barrels. The wine is aged for 10 months, 25% in new barrels." - Importer
