Very attractive aromas suggest tropical fruit custard, lemon meringue and blossoms, and strawberry and melon sorbets with a fruity sweet palate and nice balanced and a nicely astringent citrus rind, gentian, and stalky rhubarb finish. Impressive. In the pisco sour, the sweet citrus and cream notes thoroughly compliment and integrate the cocktail adding a lovely floral and deep fruit dimension to the affair.
