This all natural bacon is dry cured with salt and sugar. It does not require refrigeration until opened and then should be treated like any other bacon. Keeping it cold will extend it's life and we do recommend that. Since it is dry cured, you'll notice it doesn't shrink as much as normal bacon, Broadbent makes the meatiest bacon out there.
