"Finding good volume in both ripe black cherry fruitiness and a veneer of creamy, caramelly oakiness, the nose of this fairly rich wine never strays from its Cabernet focus, and its medium-depth, black cherry and currant flavors suffer only a bit from the impact of formidable tannins in the latter palate. Still, bottle age of some three to six years would see this one acquire a much smoother and comfortable exterior."
