The 2003 Bzikot BB (Chardonnay) has produced a deftly balanced wine with a miriad of tropical fruits including mango and pinapple. Coupled with a rich texture and vibrant acidity, making this a perfect alternative to California. If this reminds you more of a wine from Pulingy-Montrachet...well it should, the fruit in this wine is almost entirely sourced from Bzikot's younger vines in Puligny.
