"Hand Harvested, late picked, sorted, destemmed and lightly crushed. For the two batches skin contact ranged between 24 and 36 hours. Great aromatics of blossoms, ginger, pears and peach. The wine enters with richness and displays spice, jasmine and tea on the palate. Rich and well-balanced; and finishes long and slightly off-dry. A food friendly Gewurztraminer styling. Try with slow-roasted, fuit stuffed roast of pork and spicy Asian food. Great with lobster bisque, scallops and seafood complimented by light fruit accents." -Winery
