"85% Tempranillo and 15% Syrah blend from estate vineyards in DO Ucles. This 10 year old parcel is selectively harvested to ensure the highest quality of fruit. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged in American oak barrels to give complexity, structure and balanced oak and fruit aromas. Brilliant and deep red-violet in color. Lively and intense with some red hues that denote the oak aging process. Powerful, fruity nose showcasing complex aromas, with subtle touches of strawberries and raspberries, with vanilla and caramel hints. The delicate aroma of oak appears in perfect harmony with the fruit. The long and clean finish leaves a persistent sweet flavor due to the firm and ripe tannins." - Importer
