The 93-95 point score I have put in here is where I would expect this wine to score on most palates, of course I can't really score a wine I helped blend and put together but I can say that I am beyond excited with this blend and feel like this may become the sleeper of the La Reserve program! The loaded fruit and complexity of this wine is more reminiscent of the wines of Le Gay or Trotanoy then prior Montviel's. The fans of the monster Pomerol wines will be happy but this does have a hint of refinement that some of the bombs lack.

The chateau's cuvee is composed of 82% Merlot and 18% Cabernet Franc.
