"Le Viognier Vin du Pays d'Oc (100% Viognier), a very limited production, is a beautiful expression of Viognier. Whole clusters are fully pressed then fermented in a mix of cuvees and oak barrels, then left on the lees in barrels for 10 months. It exhibits floral notes with hints of oak, with a vivacious freshness and nice acidity to balance the fat, dense mouthfeel. Its complexity continues with aromas of dry fruits (apricot, peach, orange and honey), as well as some nutty notes. It ends with elegant tannins and a surprisingly long finish." -Importer
