"The 2005 Shiraz 'Dry Bore' was aged for 18 months in new and used French and American oak. The wine is a saturated purple color offering up an alluring bouquet of violets, saddle leather, blackberry, and blueberry muffin. This leads to a stylish, racy Shiraz with a sense of elegance. Nicely balanced, it has generous ripe fruit, a smooth texture, good focus, and a long finish. Give it 2-3 years to fill out and drink it through 2020."
