Dorothy Schuler focus is on Spanish varietals, including albarino, tempranillo, grassiano and cabernet blends. Her desire to be different seems to be paying off. The 2005 Albarino recently won the National Women’s Wine Competition Gold Best of Class. Dorothy is a Board Member for Ag Adventures of the Central Coast to promote agricultural tourism.
Tempranillo is a thick-skinned, deep purple grape that produces a beautiful fruity, full-bodied wine with soft tannins. Blackberry and cherry flavors are followed by a long finish with vanilla and almond. This wine was aged 2 years in French and American oak and 1 year in the bottle before its release.
LAST BOTTLE RACK SELECTION. Please note, only 1 bottle of this wine is
available. Labels may be ripped, torn, or stained, but our normal store
policies apply to the condition of the wine inside the bottle.
