"Viognier is such a lovely wine to work with. Ed and I have been experimenting each year to maximize its delicate flavors without being heavy-handed and I think our decision to send the clusters directly to the press really made a difference. The wine has the ideal mix of fruit, floral notes, and acidity. We both love its beautiful white honeysuckle, orange blossom and brown spice aromas, and delicious juicy peach, meyer lemon, honeyed apricol and lemon peel flavors. It's a great wine with Thai food or other exotic cuisines that exhibit complex yet subtle flavors." -Winery
