"Pale silver-yellow color. Lime, tangerine, grapefruit pith and pepper on the nose. Juicy and bracing, with tart flavors of grapefruit, key lime and pepper lifted by a subtle peppery nuance. Not a fleshy wine but intensely flavored and persistent-and quite dry on the back end. I like this uncompromising sauvignon."
