Medium in body with lively acidity, this wine burst open on the palate with the flavors of ripe, red fruit, berries and cherries. Great with red meat and hearty sauces, holds its own with Asian-style cuisine. Handcrafted for Monarchia by the Vylyan Winery, in the Mediterranean-like climate of Villany.
