Two thousand years ago, Romans planted vineyards in this region of Provence, the Var. The ideal climate and long growing season, southern exposure and clay/chalk soils attracted three friends to the site many centuries later. Burgundian winemakers in quest of a new challenge, they grafted the most promising varietals on to existing root stock. Their aim is to produce benchmark wines in Provence.
