The vines are tended organically in flint-laden, calcareous soil which lends freshness and minerality to the wine. Proprietor and winemaker, Vincent Ricard, vinifies the wine in tank to preserve the inherent fruitiness of the grapes. Pierre a Feu is great choice for a 'cocktail' wine or aperitif.
