"Blend: Corvina - 70% Rondinella - 20% Molinara - 10% Vineyard age (year of planting): Corvina: 1960, 1985, 1990 Rondinella: 1960, 1985, 1990 Molinara: 1960, 1985, 1990 Soil type: Calcareous, lime, clay Exposure: South-West, 230 mts on sea level Vinification and ageing: The grapes are submitted to a slight drying before pressing, fermentation in steel vats at 24C of temperature, ageing in oak casks (25 hectolitres) and used barriques for 18 months.
